4. Payment Terms

• Repairs and Service: A valid credit card must be on file before we arrive on site.
• New Cover Installations:
  • A valid credit card must be on file.
  • A 50% deposit is required to process the order.
  • The balance will be charged upon substantial completion of the installation. Alternatively, customers may provide a check on-site.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of automatic pool covers, full refunds are not possible once an order is processed. However, if certain items can be inventoried, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion.

6. Warranties

• Labor Warranty: We provide a 1-year warranty on labor for any defects caused by our work.
• Manufacturer Warranties: All products carry warranties provided by their respective manufacturers, available upon request.

7. Liability

We are not liable for issues arising from products not used in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. Failure to follow these recommendations voids any guarantees for proper operation.
